Ease of installation

Fool proof to get it in place, however I did have to adjust it a little bit to get a snug fit.

Ease of use

Once you set your resistanceon the trainer, the controller which attaches to your frame allows you to adjust the resistance with a flip of a switch. VERY nice feature.

Adjustability

With the optional controller - the adjustability is endless and convinent. Without the controller you will have to interrupt your session to adjust.

Looks nice!

Strengths

Very compact and allows you to get in some miles inside in poor weather.

Weakness

Loud - but can still hear TV or Radio - not as louid as I was told it was going to be.
