"As I mentioned, this is my first trainer so I really can't compare to others. The sales rep said that this the top selling trainer at the store, so I bought it. Originally, I was going to buy the magnetic trainer, but he said the fluid trainers are much quieter and the fact that you don't have to get off the bike to change resistance. This is something I would definitely recommend to anyone."emzman
Ease of use
Just change out your rear skewer and plop it on the trainer and you're ready to go. The resistance gets harder as you pedal harder. No need to get off bike to change resistance.
Quality of Construction
No wobbling because the feet are adjustable.
Durability
Very heavy and sturdy piece of equipment.
Value
I used my dividend dollars from REI and the member 20% discount. Original price was $299
Performance
This is my first trainer so I can compare to another. But, as far as quietness, it's great. I can watch t.v. at a normal level while riding.
Strengths
Very quiet and sturdy. I have no problem getting enough resistance. I'm able to reach max heart-rate. Real easy to put together.
Weakness
None so far.
