Quality of Construction

Standard really. I have never had a problem with the construction of Nike shoes

Performance

Served well in the bike and running stages of my first Try-A-Tri

Strengths

The thinner front sole is supposed to give a better feel for the road, and it does. I gives me the feeling of rolling forward as I stride. This is very good bio-feedback for my posture while running

Weakness

After a long run the thinner front sole leaves the front of my foot quite hot, and a little more sensitive than a regular shoe.
