It took me about 2 rides to get use to the feel of this bike. The only riding I had done prior to this purchase was some mountain biking and racing as a teenager.

Customer Service

Purchased at Roswell bikes in GA. They made it easy to find a good fot for me and they make you feel comfortable. No hard sale, no hassle, I felt like they were helping someone they had known for years! Great job Roswell! There should be a 6 or 7 for this scale..

Strengths

This is a really good bike for someone who wants to spend 1000-1500 and pick up a solid bike. I am again very happy that I have this bike!

Weakness

None that I can really think of. I love the bike! Great entry level bike.
