"I have the Timex Ironman Triathlon M586 model 30 lap timer heart rate monitor. The watch has been great, with good features for the beginner. It worked well, until this last month. I've now replaced the batteries in both the monitor and the watch and I can't get it to accurately gather HR data anymore. "javajunky1969

(3)

It was somewhat difficult to setup, because the instructions were written for all timex watches. The buttons weren't the same.

(4)

For the most part the buttons were easy and made sense. Some of the display features were a little harder to control

(2)

It only lasted a year

(5)

Fit fine.

(5)

Felt good running, riding or swimming in my wetsuit.

(3)

The hr monitor could have had a more adustable belt

(1)

HR monitor fails after about a year and a month. Lap timer etc. still works fine.

(3)

I felt this was a great value, until it stopped working. I expected at least a couple of more years.

(5)

I looked great. I had the smaller version and I liked that much better than the larger one.

(4)

Worked well, except in the cold, where the HR monitor had a difficult time picking up my HR. And would also get interference from other joggers occasionally.

Fairly easy to use, water resistant, hr zone alarm.

Durability, failed after 1 year. I've replaced the batteries in both the monitor and the watch and I can't get it to accurately gather HR data anymore.
