"I'm a skeptic at heart and compression socks seem a bit gimmicky. They're not. They work. At least these do.
I'm convinced and will be wearing my SLS3 compression socks for long runs and races."marmadaddy
Fit
Snug, but not too much which is the goal, I suppose.
Comfort
Excellent. No seams to rub, particularly at the toe. They're snug but they're supposed to be and you get used to it quickly.
Durability
Given the price, it should be quite long. We'll see.
Value
I was sent these for evaluation, but I'm a triathlete on a budget. I only have so much money per month for gear and race fees. Given that, would I budget money for these socks? Yes. They seem to be priced in line with other high quality items of their type.
Appearance
The SLS3 socks are stylish enough for what they are. No ostentatious logos or designs which is good.
There's just no way for an adult to look cool wearing shorts and knee socks. Then again, given what you're probably already wearing with these you most likely look ridiculous anyway.
Customer Service
They're a small company looking to establish themselves which is almost always good for service.
Performance
My first use for them was the Covered Bridges Half Marathon. Granted, I treated it as a training run but 13.1 is still a significant run for me. My legs felt great at the finish. After the race, I drove home: a 6 hour trip behind the wheel.
The next day my legs felt absolutely fine. Fresh and ready to go. I attribute this to the socks. I'm sold on them.
Strengths
Fit, construction, performance. They do what they promise and it's valuable if you run/race long with any frequency.
Weakness
Price. They're expensive and psychologically the price is a big hurdle to get over for a pair of socks.

Quality of Construction
Appear to be very well made. Washed them a few times before and after the first wearing to see if there was any degradation and none was apparent.
