"I tend to have ITBS and that can be quite a challenge to heal. However after a few visits to a physio for some well deserves ART (Active Release Technique) - OUCH! I decided to buy a set of these straps. Amazing! I am of a very skeptical nature but I have to admit these straps relieve the pain COMPLETELY and INSTANTLY! I can run now and will run every single race with these straps!
