Comments: Spent way too much time putting on my shoes. Accidentally smashed my swim goggles under foot and freaked out thinking they were my real glasses. Took a drink from my water bottle. What would you do differently?: No water, no socks, do the box thing differently to conserve motion. Bike
Comments: Felt good about the bike. Legs felt better by the end of the loop, was able to ride fast enough on the way down to keep the hills manageable going up. What would you do differently?: Need to get more comfortable going down hill. Transition 2
Comments: Better transition. Pretty focused on time, Kathy took pictures. What would you do differently?: Not go into the wrong rack. Keep the dry box in a better spot to reduce motion. Run

Warm down: Ate three bananas and some nasty sport drink. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not where I need to be training-wise. Got set up in transition. Felt better about set up with a little experience. Rehearsed how I'd do the transitions. Had some terrible stomach trouble.
None - tried to stay warm inside.
