got to race site early to watch my friend race at 7:00am my race wasn't until 9:30

this was a reverse so the swim was last the water was HOT and i threw up at the finish i almost got the guy who was trying to take my chip also it was only 100 yards, senior youth is usually 200 I was second overall in the race by 3 seconds i would ve passed her easy if it was 200!

i in base training so i haven't done much speed work but this was a C race for me anyway

Warm down:

walked around a little was mad that i got beat by 3 seconds!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

hot pool and way too short swim

Event comments:

there was only water to drink after the race and it was not cold if you wanted gatorade or soda you had to buy it also since this was the USAT Florida Regional Youth Championship i think the swim should have been 200 yds like all the other senior races i won my division anyway and the USAT trophy is pretty cool
