I am doing great with such a crap bike, I felt that my legs were stronger than in NB

The supercycle really affected my time as it maxes out at 41 km/hr downhill

ride more with my hands on the low bars

absolutely didnt train for this aside from some swimming

Good event, just expected more scenery as it is a muskoka tri
