Transition went well for it being my first time, I didn't get tripped up on anything and thought it took longer than it actually did :)

The course was good but had two tough hills coming out of transition. Did well on them for the first two laps and struglled on them with the last lap.

learn to take my shoes off and ride in with my feet on top of my shoes

Running is my strongest suit but was the weakest link in the tri - the feeling after getting off the bike and having to run up a hill was not fun and my legs felt like jello. I struggled with it and had to walk a little but still happy with how I did since it was my first
What would you do differently?:

practice bike/run trans so I don't have jello feeling legs :)
