Run
Comments: Jill and I started together and I felt OK for first 5 or 6. My energy level started to fade adn some where around 7ish she pulled ahead. I plugged along and around mile 11 I got a little second wind and picked up the pace. I really wanted to run a 2:05 but missed it by a minute and a half. My left ankle was stiff all during the run and not sure why. It was real stiff and kinda sore post race. But I still went and did another 5 miles that afternoon. What would you do differently?: Train harder. I really need to do speed work and do my long mid-week runs. Post race

Got up at 0400 to let the puppy out, fell back asleep on the couch, got back up and ate a bagel and had coffee and then off to the race.
Got my race #, walked around and a few back streches.
