The cramp went away in the first mile. 8:30 at first water stop might have been a mile. Bonked hard after the turn, overheating bad

EAT ON THE BIKE, keep the water bottle

2 Cokes and a water bottle

Should have paid $20 for the 15 minute massage the cramp three days later is ecidence

Not eating, leg cramp
