Pre-race routine:

It was so much fun to try a race away from Arizona. Kim participated in the race as a relay and did the swim and run legs. I did the full race since I brought my bike up and was going to enjoy some biking in Wisconsin after.

Event warmup:

We ate usual peanut butter bagel and off to the race start. Set up our transition area and headed to the beach for the start.

Besides the seaweed I thought it was OK but my results would prove different. I don't know what happened but my times were worse than usual.

I haven't figured it out yet.
