Had a guy breathing down my neck, so I was pushing pretty good. Ran even 5:38 and 5:38 miles. Had the fastest run of all teams and individuals.

Didn't run very even splits: 5:50, 6:07, 5:46. Caught Jason around the mile 2 marker. Didn't push it in TOO hard, but had a solid run. Wore my racing flats for this final 3 miler.
