Try to relax and swim more efficiently

a minute or so into the bike ride I caught a really bad headache. Thought about quitting, but decided to stick it out. Had a decent ride but it seemed the more I pushed the more it hurt.

drank some gatorade and ate a bananna. still not feeling good. went home threw up and went to sleep.

Once the results were posted I noticed that they had posted my bib# and results for a women in the 25-29 age group. I think I could've posted a better bike time but still did OK. My son missed 3rd in his AG by 10 seconds. Had a fun year doing six races with three of those being with my son. This was the first race that we actually both raced hard and he beat me by 1.5 minutes. I've got to do alot of training if I want to keep up with him next year. Looking forward to next year.
