Swim harder, flip turn under lane lines.

Rubberbanded shoes to bike, worked well. Fast T1. Need to work on getting into shoes on bike smoothly, foot worked it's way on top of shoe tongue.

Open shoes more.

Event comments:

Long line for chip pickup, race started a bit late. Should have drove course day before. No pancakes either. Donuts stale.
