Swim
Comments: Bad swim, Googles kept leaking and sun was totally in my eyes on the way back. They leaked so much i had to do breast stroke and side stroke. What would you do differently?: Get better googles and test them more in the pool with a swim cap. Transition 1
Comments: Fairly good T1, could of saved time by not putting on a t shirt. Rolled up socks worked well. Barefoot swim (no swim shoes) What would you do differently?: Forget the tee shirt. Bike
Comments: Got told off for draughting when i wasnt by a lady i overtook. I felt bad and slowed for a while. I should not of done that. What would you do differently?: Not worry about the lady being mean and just keep going. Transition 2
Comments: Great Transition! 2nd in my age group. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: I did a forced 60 second fast walk at 1 mile and 2 miles. I think it really helped me go faster. I caught people that ran the whole way. This is actually a fast pace for me. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Nothing really. What limited your ability to perform faster: The swim, almost forgetting my race belt. Event comments: A small race but had a good feel about. Amazing place! Last updated: 2009-10-28 12:00 AM

Took the 50 mile drive over. Got up at 4am. Packed up almost everything the night before.
Booked in, recorded Pod Cast information. Long walk from Car to Transistion area. The toilets were locked and nobdy had the key so went in the bushes haha.
Jogged about 1 mile, pee in the bushes.
Leant out my spare race belt to a newbie:)
