Comments: had a good swim. actually enjoyed the little bit of contact i had with swimmers around me. all my practices swims in the lake paid off. What would you do differently?: not much. the current was tuff so you just had to take what the river was giving you. Transition 1

What would you do differently?: i had a good transition so i wouldn't change anything. Run
Comments: this sucked. it was about 100 degrees when i got to the run and my legs were wasted from the bike. my bigger problem was that i just mentally gave up. i was going to quit at the end of the 1st loop. sad that crossed my mind but it did. however i convinced myself to keep moving and finsihed!! the last 2 miles felt decent. the first 4 were HELL!! What would you do differently?: keep my head in the game. once i gave up mentally my legs followed. very disappointed in myself Post race

some stretching, a quick swim and bike, didn't do any jogging.
