Swim
Comments: I chickened out and changed my time to 99s per 100m. Well I passed 2 in the first length, and 3 in the second, after that I was log jammed What would you do differently?: Stick with my first instinct Transition 1
Comments: Went pretty well, shirt hung up on shoulder blades perhaps add some body glide there What would you do differently?: Body glide on shoulders Bike
Comments: crushed the hills, sucked on the turns. Seemed like I was breathing to hard which hurt me on the long straight away Very pleased with the speed What would you do differently?: Work on cornering, perhaps slow the last hill down to give me better heart rate on reston parkway Transition 2
Comments: At the race I thought I rocked the transition, but the time is a bit high. I'm thinking it was mostly the distance between the mats. Run
Comments: First mile sucked close to 10 minutes. Which really means I rocked the other 2. It was very humid What would you do differently?: I really just need more work, I should also add some bike/run bricks Post race
Warm down: water+can of pepsi + gatorade + chocolate muffin Used pain stick, definetly helped. Mass, corpus christi, christening What limited your ability to perform faster: More run training, bad placement on swim due to changing time at last minute Event comments: Fairly well done for their 4th year Last updated: 2010-05-03 12:00 AM

So going with my Taylor actuals and best guess:
6:00 + 2:00 + 36:00 (20mph) + 1:00 + 24:45 (I would prefer 24) = 1:09:45
stopwatch: 6:59.11 + 2:35.49 + 34:52.97 + 1:40.59 + 27:01.75 = 1:13:09
