Just a lot of sorting, working out, stairs into the grandstand for race briefing...
Nothing too exciting to be honest!

First real shot at the run off with the bike and just jump in with the shoes connected.

I was a little slow cos I lost my bike. Never mind. They didn't have numbers on the end of the rows, and I went left instead of right. Ooops.

Just Good!! I dismounted (much to the amusement of the people around me I must say, it's not a professional tri!!) with my feet out of my shoes, and I was so excited!

Dead set. I am still a shit runner.

Luckily, hooked up with a lady who was about the same pace as me when she had a walk, and we ran 2.5km of the 3km together.
Good thing too, or I would have died.

Just more running :) To get faster!!

I will continue to do this race, becuase it was the first one I ever did.
Now, keep in mind, I did this in over an hour last year, so epic PB, fanastic swim, and a happy Jessica!!!
