Need biking shoes. Putting in way too much effort for less speed. causes my right leg to make too much effort and be strained for running. Better positioning will also help with numbness

Right knee again huge problem. Didn't stop but was severely hampered by pain that limited my stride. HAd energy so I figure I would've run 3-5min less w/out the pain. Very happy with pain management.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Bike shoes. Knee strain

Event comments:

Well organized although the setup was not completed at check-in time. Lots of volunteers but little to no post-race activities and nourishment. The courses were good and enjoyable. Its a good race w/out any fanfare.
