Too rushed. Arrived @ 6:25. Set-up transition quickly but some equipment was ready. 2 bags were nice but maybe a bit much.

It was a bit windy. I should have stayed with some of the pace setters. Perhaps I backed off too early and didn't push hard enough at the end.
What would you do differently?:

I could have pushed harder and kept my heart rate higher. Perhaps a higher cadence.

Good run but far too much energy when crossing the line at the end. I should have increased my HR at least 5 bpm over the whole course.
What would you do differently?:

I should have started a bit slower so I could do the last few miles faster.
