Mom and I arrived at about 7:20, and my take off wasn't until 8:20. I wanted to see Chris on the swim. Set my stuff up and went to the pool

Horrible. I was 211th in this transition. It took me forever to get my shoes on and I made the mistake of putting my shirt on first when I should have done that while running.
