Debacle here. Could not find my spot on the rack. Hamstrings started cramping when I was getting into my running shoes. Cold, shaky fingers didn't help me to lace up. Probably lost 40 seconds with all the nonsense. Not tons of time, obviously, but the incompetence got me riled.

Nothing left for the last two miles. Perfect course for speed, but it wasn't going to happen for me. Not surprising given lack of training and three weeks of lung goo.
