Swim
Comments: Went in 5th, came out 3rd Transition 1
Comments: 30th Passed one more leaving T1, but I think someone else got out so 3rd on the road Bike
Comments: Great ride hammered it as much as I could. Few if any gear changes. Staid in the bars for all but the return on rte 28 and a few uncleared road crossings ... great ride I'm very very proud of it What would you do differently?: Pick up some of the low speed sections most of the time I was at 24mph, but an average of 20 means there were some bad low sections Transition 2
Comments: 14 seconds off of last year I doubt I can do better 26th left the water bottle behind Run
Comments: Took a sip on the way out, too bad it wasn't water never do that again First .5 was a nice pace but I not sure where I lost the 50 seconds I was hoping for All and all a good run What would you do differently?: Just push harder I didn't even feel that dead at the finish line its only 2 miles just go Post race
Warm down: walked around, went out and found Bruce to run him home What limited your ability to perform faster: Just need to keep pushing that run A few more laps wouldn't hurt either Event comments: Much more organized, racks were ready at T2 Last updated: 2010-08-21 12:00 AM
