Was tired after the swim, did not train adequately for this part of the event.

More training leading up to the event.

Very poor transition. Hard time getting the suit off and I was way too tired for such a short swim. Really wasted my swim training early on.

Got to put the time in on the swim.

Adjusted gears just before the race. This resulted in slipped gears throughout the race. Very annoying, and definitely slowed me down. Did not want to stand on pedals at all as a result.
What would you do differently?:

Don't touch the gears before you race! Test the bike out before the race.
