Pre-race routine:

Didn't do as much warming up as I should have. Stretched a LITTLE in line for the potty at the Metrodome, had a Powerbar, and shot a Roctane while standing in the starting chute.

What would you do differently?:

I don't know. Even though it hurt, it was pretty solid. Maybe I'd try to knock down that 6:10 and 6:17 mile.

Course: Downhill to mile 2, up to 3, flat through 4, 2 hills up to mile 5, miles 6 starts with a little hill, "false flats" going uphill until about 7, flat (with small rollers) through mile 9.5, then downhill to the finish.
