Remember to put gloves on during the run. Look for my bike in the correct rack.

I had salt imbalance issues which caused water to stay in my stomach and slosh around on the run. I vomited several times.
What would you do differently?:

Put a salt table dispenser on my bike and be sure to take a tablet.
