Comments: Poor transition, 17th in AG. Mainly due to wetsuit getting stuck on timing chip and watch. Also first time putting on socks. Things were laid out well. Overran my bike rack . . . weird. What would you do differently?: Check cadence sensor activated for tri bike Bike
Comments: Forgot to check cadence sensor with tri bike, had to do on the fly Successfully managed 10K fear while cycling, kept the pace where I could, assuming that I could tap into the necessary energy for the run. 2nd half faster than 1st half Very happy with avg cadence given hilly course What would you do differently?: Drink less water on the bike when overcast. Always can train more hills in preparation. Gave all I had . . . didn't have much; however when looking at my sprint splits on this course, I was almost as fast for longer distance. Transition 2

Should not have gotten in the water so early to warm up . . .long wait until the last wave
