What would you do differently?: Get a lot more swim training, bar far my weakest part of the tri Transition 1
Comments: Super long walk from swim exit to bike area. Cramp in right calf taking off wetsuit. Had to sit down What would you do differently?: Practice removing wetsuit in standing position Bike
Comments: I forgot my Garmin in T1 so it freaked me out a bit in the beginnnig. What would you do differently?: Push cadence a little more, especially since it was such a flat course Transition 2
Run
Comments: Good solid run, should have taken a water bottle the water at aid stations was hard to drink What would you do differently?: Not have a cold the week before Post race
Warm down: Hung out with friends What limited your ability to perform faster: I was suffering from a nose and chest cold the week prior, which limited my training and slowed my run a bit. Event comments: This was my first official Tri, I had a blast. Last updated: 2010-10-01 12:00 AM

Woke up about 3;30 at the hotel. Loaded gear into car, had a protein drink and a very light breakfast. Got to the venue by about 05:30. Was the first one on my row to set up the bike so I had lots of room.
