Much more confidence in this race. Started freezing but warmed up quickly.

GLOVES!

Warm down:

After grabbing my free bottle of water, I had to lie on the ground. The heart palpitations suggested that was a bad idea. Stood up and went for a walk.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pace. I was confused due to the different paces people were setting around me. I'll be sure to check my personal pace with the Nike+ next time.
