hydrate more before race, practice on more hills, speed work, rest more during race week

What limited your ability to perform faster:

light headedness and muscle cramping starting at mile 20. Could have practiced more on hills during long runs or added speed work.

finished thanks to encouragement during last 6 miles from Houston Hardin and Patrick O'Diam (see picture taken at mile 20)
