Comments: Bikes were preset on indoor trainers. no socks, put on running shoes during T1 What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: the indoor trainer computer didn't work for the 1st 3 minutes so they did an average mileage to determine my distance What would you do differently?: spend more time on the bike during training Transition 2
Comments: didn't change shoes. Jumped off the bike grabbed cap and shirt and jacket and took off out side What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: I was the slowest one in my wave, but I was able to keep other runners in view. I know my running limits. What would you do differently?: more consistant training Post race
Warm down: walked around outside until I started getting cold, then went inside and changed into dry clothes. What limited your ability to perform faster: My training. Personal issues in January and February interferred with my training. Event comments: Good event, especially early in the season.
