Swim
Comments: I was a little nervous, started in back and swam off to the side. There was a little bit of bumping but not too bad. After the first bouy turn I got in a groove and felt a lot better, just going my own pace. What would you do differently?: Warm up a little more. Head into the beach a little harder, maybe. Transition 1
Comments: ran past my spot. Wetsuit was a little difficult to get off ankles. What would you do differently?: count the number of racks so I know where I am. Bike
Comments: I took it a little easy on the way out. I got passed by some from my wave but then caught and passed them on the way back. Had a Hammer Gel when I got on the bike and one just before I got off. Transition 2
Comments: Took a minute to find my spot. Biked and ran without socks and it was fine. What would you do differently?: Check my spot before hand. Run
Comments: It was hard to get going on the run. I was doing my 10 minute, Ironman training pace. Got passed by one or two from my wave. Passed one guy back and we sprinted to the finsh. I still had a little speed on him. What would you do differently?: Try to start out stronger and faster. Post race

Was not sure what to eat. Had a Perpetuem drink for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Might eat a banana and a little more next time. I was a little nervious.
swam a little in the water to get used to the temperature. I was expecting cold water but it was pretty nice.
