Comments: short run to TA and very short run to the mount line; first time starting with the shoes on the bike; this worked pretty well, except that I forgot to open the straps on the shoes What would you do differently?: not much more I can do Bike
Comments: I did 47:27 on my last training ride, so I was hoping to at least equal that here; I don't know what happened :( What would you do differently?: push harder Transition 2
Comments: did a moving dismount; I had never even tried this in training, I don't know where this came from but I hope to keep doing it in the future the run from dismount was longer here, so the overall time is longer than T1 What would you do differently?: briefly ran the wrong way but didn't lose more than a few seconds Run
Comments: pushed this about as hard as I could; the uphills were tough, especially the last 1/2 mile including the run up the driveway to the finish chute Post race
