Pushed pretty good. Counted that I was around 15th at the turn-around, and only got passed by 2-3 people after that! NICE! And a bike PR here (brakes rubbed 2 years ago, and last year it was SUPER windy).

Comments:

Legs were SUPER heavy coming off the bike. I could feel my lack of endurance coming back from my heel injury. Was still relatively happy with a 6:19 first mile (uphill). Wanted to only pick it up. Mile 2 was 6:07, and the final mile (with a downhill) was 5:50.
