Swim more at the end, wading the last 25 feet slowed me down I think.

Forgot to unbuckle shoes so I had to unbuckle them before putting them on. Gloves wasted a lot of time, wouldn't use them again. Put a sock on upside down, had to fix.

My first tri, but seemed to be great. Only complaint was no sports drink available at aid stations, only water.
