Swimming directly into sun on one leg made it difficult to see bouy. i was not the only one to go off course on this leg.

Comments:

Transition was very long an up hill, timing points long way from water. I hit stopwatch as i exit water and then again at bike mount line and it was 4:27. There was a clear advantage for those with bikes racked at T1 entrance as the compound did not have setup to make the run through the same distance for each competitor
What would you do differently?:

Forgot towel to wipe feet.

Got cut off 4km in to race on sharp corner, hit rail and came off. cut finger open on left hand, but got straight back into race. dropped water bottle so only had gatorade

Good run, hard to keep even pace with up and down hill sections

Event comments:

Pot holes need to be filled. Larger bouy at the mid section of race, was hard to see smal bouy with sun glare. Tranisition needs better layout to make it even for every competitor.
