What would you do differently?: Ride my own bike, and jump off at the end. Transition 2
Comments: I didn't wear biking shoes, so this transition was fast. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
What would you do differently?: Run more and not walk at all. Post race
Warm down: water, musclemilk and a cup of fruit. I did get a post race massage. I probably won't do that again because there was a really long line and the massage wasn't that great. I got there at 5:30. Had a cup of coffee before I left home. I ate a banana just before the swim started, but then I waited about 40min for my pool start.
Just light stretching. I didn't warm up near enough.
