rush up to the registration table with only 4 minutes to start time. having barely enough time to rack the bike.

the shoe exchange was about the best I've done. I still haven't gotten the nack of having the shoes already clipped in to the pedals.

again pratice the techniques that make you fast.

Really had to push through this. I have had to walk on this second 5k before. I didn't have to stop at all.
What would you do differently?:

do more brick work outs after long rides.

Warm down:

short walk and stretch, talk with the guys. slapp each other on the back and grin alot.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

being weak.

Event comments:

The activities are not directly related to the race but to the town annual festival. Always enjoy going on this course it has strong competators.
