Run
Comments: Winner in division was 14:19 so thats what i need to be shooting for. My run felt pretty fast and i was going about 95% of my top speed. What would you do differently?: Need to get those times down. I did feel kind of sick Transition 1
Comments: Used my triathlon shoes with socks. No real issues here. Fastest in my div was 38 seconds What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Well 4 miles in my front tire blew out. First time this year. i pulled over and i think it took me about 10 mins to change the tube and get going. Found a massive spike in my tire. This made the rest of the race kind of a bummer and i think i slowed up knowing i had no chance of placing Winner was 56:43 What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2
Comments: Didnt take my shoes off to early this time. What would you do differently?: Not get a flat. I didnt let it spoil my day. These things happen. Run
Comments: I think after the blowout mentally i was not going all out on this one. Winner had a 14:48 Post race
Warm down: Got a pancake and tried not to eat too much. What limited your ability to perform faster: Flat tire. Event comments: A nice race. Really it is a long drive for me but it is a nice area. It seems to always want to rain here. Must be time of the year Last updated: 2011-06-28 12:00 AM

Had to get up early as i had body marking to do. Got there at 6 am and got my things ready then went over to body mark people.
If you got a smiley face it may have been me.
The night before i picked out about 30 metal and glass spikes out my tires from the Maywood ride. Really i should of bought new tires but money is tight. I was wave 12 so i watched the fast guys on the run. WOW they are fast.
Just ran back and forth to transistaion a few times. Came off a 70 mile bike ride yesterday so my legs were still tired.
