Comments: The course was great. The hills were not that bad and there was alot to look at. What would you do differently?: I went out perfect according to the plan I had, but at around mile 4 or 5 I felt really good and started to go alittle fast. That continued until mile 15 and at mile 20 I hit the wall. Next time I will stick to my time plan better. Post race
Warm down: Did some light walking and stretching. When I got back home I went to the health club and sat in the hot tub, which was a great idea. What limited your ability to perform faster: Going to strong from mile 5 to 15. Last updated: 2011-06-29 12:00 AM

Did a light run before we left the house and stretched out when we got to the race.
