Comments: No wetsuite today. Very happy with the pacing of the swim. Didn't get a chance to draft until about 2/3 through the race. What would you do differently?: Practice running 200 yards barefoot after the swim. That hurt a little today. Other than that, just keep improving my aerobic threshold level. Transition 1
Comments: Need to practice the following: 1) Jumping onto the bike 2) Starting with shoes in the pedals. What would you do differently?: Don't forget to reset the bike computer before the race. Bike
Comments: Felt comfortable going out and held an aggressive pace while keeping the heart rate in check. Cornering was solid. What would you do differently?: I need to do more riding in the aerobars leading up to the race Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Keep your fingers out of the inside of the shoes when they have body glide on them. The body glide gets on my fingers and it was tought to sinch down my laces. Run
Comments: OUCH!!! The run was a tough one today. I thought after a couple of miles I would get my legs back but it didn't happen. I had to stop about 6 times to stretch out the muscle spasms but I did not walk. What would you do differently?: I need to practice more intense race pace brick workouts. Post race
