Comments: Course was 500m over, which is just over 2 mins extra time. 43 min 10k is acceptable considering I put extra effort into the bike this race. Post race
Warm down: Bit of water, a couple of choco chip cookies and several cups of coffee. What limited your ability to perform faster: 172 km bike 2 days ago? No taper at all? This race has an early setup with a later start for Oly men. Had 2 poptarts just before 7 and 1/4 bottle perform. Drove to course, GU 10 mins before start
