Comments: The swim was the last event. The transition time is for the run to bike segment Bike
Comments: Starting out on a hill is very difficult. Strong head wind going out. Coming back the wind was at my back but I almost bonked on a hill on Idalia. I was struggling to keep going and ended up stopped on the hill... it took me a few precious seconds to get back on the bike and get going. What would you do differently?: I need to build up my quads and hamstrings. I just lost steam. Practice on hills more. Transition 2

Got up early and had cereal and fruit for breakfast. Drank coffee on the way over there. Was early so got a good parking spot. Talked to a lot of the participants. That helped to keep me focused
Yoga in the morning to stretch out.
