Comments: Ran with 3:25 pace group. Carried Nathan 4 Bottle Belt - 2 bottles with 1.5 hour Perpetuem; 2 bottles HEED. Supplemented HEED with Gatorade Endurance on the course. 4 Endurolytes tablets every hour; 1 Hammer Gel every 4.5 miles. Crossed 1/2 marathon in fastest clocked time ever (including standalone marathons); crossed 20 mile at exact pace. Mile 24 - had right hamstring cramp - used hands to move my right leg while stepping with my left. Walked cramp out, then finished running. What would you do differently?: Little - absent the cramp, would have qualified for Boston. Even with cramp, ran 23 minutes faster than May Marathon. Post race
