Ate trix and a bagel with PB and Honey with lots of H2O.
Event warmup:

Biked one loop of the course and ran about a mile, listened to music.

Comments:

Swim went ok, though time was a little slower than I wanted. First swim ever in my borrowed Wetsuit, so that was not the best thing, but i wager that it did save me some time.
What would you do differently?:

practice the wetsuit.

Could have gone faster, but being my first race, did not want to kill myself and have nothing for the run, kinda hilly. Bike was my best leg of the race.

more brick's are needed, only did 1 or 2 so far this year, and my first mile was over 7 minutes, made up for it though, and finished strong. wasn't even tired at the finish and mad that I could have gona a lot harder.

First race of season, 2nd tri ever, placed 2nd in AG, so all's well that ends well iI guess.
