Comments: Swam an extra 60 yards because I kept zig-zagging. Going in wrong direction a lot. Really need more swim practice and time. What would you do differently?: Sight better. Practice more. Transition 1
Comments: Very pleased with this transition. I had practiced clipping shoes into the bike in advance. I'm blessed that my feet are small and my clearance from ground is large. Didn't need rubber bands. Worked pretty well. What would you do differently?: Nothing, good transition for me, finally! Bike

Got up at 5:30. Cup of coffee and oatmeal. Left at 6:00. Parked, set up transition and then waited. Had some Nuun and a Clif Bar.
