Pre-race routine:

Got lost! no time for pre-race routine, we just rushed through setting up transition area, forgot to put my bike computer on.
Event warmup:

The warm up was the rush over to the start from the transition area. I was stretching while I was running to start.

The swim was hard, I felt good though it was slow I was hoping for a faster time.
What would you do differently?:

I definetly did not prepare well for the swim wish I would have swam more but I know that I am a poor swimmer, and I have to improve.

T1 was good, felt dizzy when I leaned over after swim, and it took a few moments to get my balance, but moved through T1 with a good speed, ran out with bike and did not feel tired.
What would you do differently?:

In rush of morning set up did not put my bike computer on. Oops

GREAT BIKE!!! Can't tell you how good it felt on bike. Forgetting computer was the best thing that happened to me, I just kept pushing and did not worry about the pain. Kept pushing because I did not know how fast I was going and always thought I was going slow kept saying to myself, faster, faster.

Transitioned good. had a long way to run out of the transition area. Ran faster then I wanted to, I think I was excited after a fast bike.

Event comments:

The race was great! Will do it again next year, well organized and spaced out. It was great.
